Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s strategic technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI evolution and autonomous integration.
- Lead high-level research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate complex tech concepts into market-ready solutions.
- Establish ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance for autonomous AI systems.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and tech summits to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning architectures, Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to successful deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy laws, and system security.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
