The Role
As our Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy for our upcoming 2026 suite of products. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our AI models are robust, scalable, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite.
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines and neural architectures.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of models to production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Prioritize research initiatives in generative AI and edge computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud providers (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
