Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, mentoring developers and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Architect robust, scalable systems that can handle the demands of next-gen applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and implementing new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Drive technical decision-making processes, balancing speed, quality, and cost.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear paths forward.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
