Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of Agentic AI frameworks capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Define the technical vision and product roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research Scientists and Product Managers.
- Optimize machine learning models for real-time performance and low latency.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
