Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 era.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI, Predictive Modeling, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for the company's product roadmap.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready products.
- Optimize algorithms for real-time processing, edge computing, and high-volume data ingestion.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a deep focus on AI/ML.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring emerging technologies.
