Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, including AI and quantum computing integrations.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that handle millions of transactions.
- Drive innovation in emerging tech stacks, evaluating and deploying cutting-edge libraries.
- Lead code reviews and ensure architectural integrity across all engineering squads.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with future-tech adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in Machine Learning and Data Engineering.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
