Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
- Define best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy in emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI, Neuromorphic Computing) into existing frameworks.
- Drive technical decision-making processes to optimize system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
