Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with >10x market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish industry partnerships for technology transfer and co-development
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from lab to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI safety, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management (TSM) preferred
