Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the research and implementation of next-generation technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Web3 protocols.
- Architecture Oversight: Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems architecture that supports rapid growth and innovation.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technical direction.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product leadership, or technical architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
