Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge systems.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of high-scale, future-proof software solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core product workflows.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers and stakeholders to translate future roadmaps into technical specifications.
- Conduct technical due diligence on new technologies and vendors to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or technical lead role.
- Deep expertise in System Design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and adopting new technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and integration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
