Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the '2026 Initiative,' focusing on next-gen AI integration and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype and validate high-impact technologies.
- Collaborate with product management to translate abstract futuristic concepts into scalable, market-ready software solutions.
- Establish architectural standards that ensure security, scalability, and performance for future technologies.
- Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on emerging tech trends such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Present technical strategies and progress to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks in long-term tech investments and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with advanced AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing concepts.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
