Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Pioneering Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability for enterprise use.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures that support future growth and data demands.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul legacy systems and implement modern DevOps practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Focus: Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions or working with next-gen technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, PMP) are a plus.
