Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Horizon technical roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-gen cloud-native environments.
- Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class engineering team.
- Drive continuous improvement in development methodologies (CI/CD, Agile).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system architecture projects.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Data Engineering.
