Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-ready tech stacks including quantum computing and autonomous systems
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, blockchain, and edge computing paradigms
- Drive innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams (AI, hardware, UX)
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen security protocols
- Translate emerging tech trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and strategic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven R&D portfolio
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams 50+ across global locations
- Patent filings in emerging technologies desirable
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science or related field required
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR
