Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year technology strategy for the organization leading up to 2026.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Spatial Computing) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to transform high-level concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary technologies.
- Manage the budget and resources for the Future Tech division.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their business applications.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the US market is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
