- Collaborate with academic partners on future-focused research initiatives
- Mentor junior talent in advanced technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from prototype to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
