- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Champion ethical AI development and sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Tech Incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
