Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ tech adoption across enterprise and consumer markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with disruptive potential
- Drive innovation sprints with partners in academia, government, and private sector
- Secure patents and IP portfolios for breakthrough methodologies
- Present technological visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering at least two commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
- Fluency in technical implementation (Python, TensorFlow, quantum SDKs)
