Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution for the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive research into trends such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing to forecast industry shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts.
- Define and manage the budget for experimental projects and innovation labs.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Innovation, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends with high accuracy.
- Strong background in data-driven decision making and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
