Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and technological disruptions to identify competitive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
- Ensure ethical and sustainable integration of advanced technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic planning experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
