Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard program
- Publish quarterly industry impact reports on future tech trends
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 8+ years in tech innovation leadership with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience securing government innovation grants
- Portfolio of launched tech products with >$10M impact
- Proficiency in future-mapping frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
