Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across emerging domains
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to scout and integrate breakthrough technologies
- Translate complex futuristic concepts into scalable product roadmaps
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for next-gen innovations
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record launching at least one breakthrough technology product
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Published research in top-tier scientific/tech journals
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
