Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability through market analysis
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching futuristic products (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research and startup ecosystems
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neurotech)
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding
