Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready tech solutions across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation products
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with market needs
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for breakthrough innovations
- Collaborate with academic institutions on patentable R&D initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of shipping market-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals a plus
