Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, aligning long-term vision with quarterly milestones.
- Futuristic Infrastructure Design: Architect scalable systems capable of integrating next-gen AI, quantum computing, and advanced IoT protocols.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product management, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on future-state goals.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential technological bottlenecks and regulatory hurdles years in advance to ensure smooth deployment.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Mentor senior engineering leads and contribute to the hiring strategy for specialized future-tech roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or consulting capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and emerging tech stacks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
