What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies such as AGI, advanced robotics, and decentralized networks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and validate futuristic technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into cutting-edge algorithms and hardware architectures to assess feasibility for enterprise implementation.
- Establish ethical frameworks and compliance standards for advanced AI systems to ensure responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor global tech trends to recommend pivots in our product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast technological shifts.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
