Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating predictive AI, quantum readiness, and sustainable tech into our core infrastructure.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-gen software ecosystems that anticipate market shifts before they happen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract future trends into concrete product features and engineering tasks.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure ethical deployment and security.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive technical innovation across the organization.
- Conduct feasibility studies for disruptive technologies (e.g., brain-computer interfaces, autonomous systems).
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and their integration into enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of working with emerging tech stacks and predictive analytics platforms.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
