Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year horizon impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to market deployment
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
