Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI, Quantum computing, and next-gen interfaces.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before market deployment.
- Team Management: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust systems capable of handling complex, high-volume data streams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all emerging technologies adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; experience with Quantum Computing concepts or Edge AI is highly desirable.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating abstract concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncertainty.
