- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into neuromorphic computing and advanced generative models, translating theoretical breakthroughs into product features.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical vision with business goals.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to support next-generation data processing and real-time analytics.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and potential risks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
