Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance software systems designed for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven workflows and predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Web3) to advise leadership on adoption strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish robust security frameworks to protect data integrity in decentralized and cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
