Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Cloud Infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can handle the demands of a global user base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by mentoring high-potential engineers and establishing technical standards.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
