Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Biology.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and autonomous agent interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Product, and Designâto integrate futuristic tech concepts into viable product features.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of bleeding-edge hardware and software prototypes.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and long-term thinking.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to ensure architectural decisions align with long-term business goals.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their application to cryptography and optimization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear paths forward.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
