- Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging tech stacks and vendor solutions, providing clear recommendations on adoption strategies.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, multi-faceted engineering challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
