Qualifications

- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends early and assess their viability for business adoption.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams and driving technical vision across organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
