Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the '2026' product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives, exploring emerging technologies like neural interfaces and advanced robotics.
- Prototype Engineering: Build high-fidelity prototypes of futuristic concepts, transitioning them into scalable production code.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
- Technical Strategy: Architect scalable infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen data processing loads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, or Blockchain technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems with creative and scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
