Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and deliverables.

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic interfaces and immersive user experiences.
- Develop predictive models to forecast market shifts, competitor actions, and technological adoption rates.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation across engineering, product, and design departments.
- Present high-level strategic insights and long-term visions to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships that align with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting long-term industry trends with a focus on 2-3 year horizons.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies.
- Strong technical background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and scalable systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
