Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the 2026 innovation initiative.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI, machine learning, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions.
- Oversee the transition to quantum-ready computing architectures and high-performance cloud environments.
- Establish enterprise-wide best practices for scalable, secure, and sustainable technology stacks.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on long-term technical investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Strategic Technology Planning, or similar roles.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF are highly valued.
