Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and maintain the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine viability for enterprise deployment.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all 2026 infrastructure adheres to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices.
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Blockchain technology, or Predictive Analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast tech trends and translate them into strategic business initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
