- Mentor senior engineering teams on best practices for future-proofing codebases.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous systems.
- Experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs on GPU clusters.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
