- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technology roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, decentralized networks) to drive competitive advantage.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize system latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency across distributed microservices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure systems comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, or Java; strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and how to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
