Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and tech incubators
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
