Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term architectural vision for our flagship products, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Design Next-Gen Systems: Architect fault-tolerant, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud environments, focusing on Kubernetes, Serverless, and Edge Computing architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and lead technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between engineering and product management to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and data engineering principles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex architectural challenges with scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
