Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning R&D with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Lead research and development in emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current products.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate emerging hardware and software trends to ensure our infrastructure remains future-proof.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud computing, or software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and innovative initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Python, Go, or Rust in a production environment.
