Job Description
Nexus Horizon Labs is on the cutting edge of next-generation technology. We are looking for a visionary Future Systems Architect (2026) to design the infrastructure that will define the next decade of digital evolution. If you are passionate about quantum computing, edge intelligence, and scalable cloud ecosystems, this is your opportunity to lead the charge.
As a key member of our elite engineering team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech and practical implementation. You will work with a diverse team of AI researchers and hardware engineers to build robust, secure, and scalable systems ready for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the integration of quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols into existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps for future product releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and best practices.
- Optimize system latency and resource utilization for distributed computing environments.
- Define and enforce security standards to protect sensitive data against emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline design is highly preferred.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, including zero-trust architecture and encryption standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
