Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance software architectures that align with the technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical vision, ensuring all engineering efforts support long-term business goals and adaptability.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI integration, edge computing, and next-gen cloud infrastructures.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimization & Reliability: Ensure system uptime, security, and performance optimization across all deployed environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Go) and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
