- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex visions into executable technical strategies.
- Process Optimization: Streamline development workflows and CI/CD pipelines to maximize efficiency and deployment frequency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Expert certification is a plus.
