In this role, you will lead the charge in integrating cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions into our core infrastructure, ensuring our platforms remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement robust AI/ML architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for scalable applications.
- Generative AI Leadership: Spearhead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI pipelines.
- System Optimization: Enhance model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure real-time performance for enterprise clients.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- MLOps Implementation: Set up CI/CD pipelines and MLOps workflows to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
