Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks that power our core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into legacy systems seamlessly.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI development, ensuring security, compliance, and ethical usage.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) to drive innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
