Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) that will define our industry by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, high-availability distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business workflows to automate complex processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategies for future-proofing organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
